Vertical painting line

The vertical painting line for the production of fence parts in lenght of up to 3,300 mm has been designed with respect to current trends in surface finishing and the most modern technologies. The ecology of operation and low operating costs played a major role in the design of the line. The whole technology was financed by EU grant.

Project description

This vertical painting line has been designed with an extremely high capacity of painted parts. The distance between each fence with a surface area of 0,5 m is only 150 mm and all parts are hanged vertically on the continual conveyor system. The maximal capacity of the line is approx. 1,188,000 m2/year in a three-shift operation. Thanks to the smart designed of conveyor radius is also possible to paint even 2 m long entrance gates. All the hanging technology and the simple "click" system were custom-made for the customer.

The powder coating plant was purchased under the grant title "energy saving" using the most suitable heating type for the ovens and baths with heat recovery.
