Project description

Our customer already operated a continuous powder coating plant on the same production area. However, it was forced to work with an external company to process oversized parts. Thanks to the new manual coating line, it is now self-sufficient.

The obvious requirement was to meet the same high quality of painting as the existing continuous line. At the same time, the technology had to fit into a limited space of 550 m² with the required passage profile of the dimensions of a microbus.
