Project description

The original Power and Free conveyor system and infrared tunnel oven were replaced with a more modern conveyor series and a conventional U-shaped gas oven. The rebuild also included a new control system with interfacing to the customer's ERP.

The result is a 55 % saving in natural gas consumption, improved paint coating quality and the creation of a reserve in production capacity for years to come.
