Control system for a vacuum system
Despite the fact that we provide solutions for explosion hazard areas very often, the control of vacuum system for the EDWARDS company was new in many respects. The facility was used for disinfection of equipment in a hospital in Rio de Janeiro.

Project description
The entire 30kw pump system was in the environment with ethanol vapours and all sensors - contact and analogue – had to be separated by a sparkle-safe barrier. In addition to compliance with legal requirements and standards, it was necessary to prepare the system so that it could be commissioned and integrated into further control without our assistance, which meant it had to be equipped with the remote message.
