Control, service, audit and online support

We provide regular and emergency maintenance services, inspections, servicing, and audits of our own coating lines as well as those from other manufacturers.

We have a well-established service base and a field team of ten in-house expert technicians with over 30 years of experience. Our warehouse holds more than 2,200 spare parts, ready for immediate dispatch.

1. We provide warranty and post-warranty service of coating lines and their components (inspection, replacement, adjustment)*

  • Chemical pre-treatment – DCP pumps, Danfoss heat exchangers
  • Drying and curing ovens – Weishaupt burners
  • Conveyor systems by Caldan, Conveyor Technique, Hjort-conveyor – system cleaning
  • HiVision control system – data backup, software updates
  • Application technology Sames – automatic and manual spray guns, Inobels, manipulators
  • Paint booths Sames and ITS
  • Powder coating centers Sames and ITS
  • Dry filter and cyclone Tama
  • Neutralization stations ITS

2. We refurbish and modernize paint lines.

Audits of Paint Shops and Surface Treatment Technologies

  1. We check the condition and parameters of technological units.

  2. We identify deficiencies in equipment and processes.

  3. We provide recommendations for improvement.

During the audit, we inspect:

  • Surface pre-treatment and chemical processes

  • Drying, painting booths, and curing ovens

  • Condition of control panels, charging cascades, and grounding

  • Quality of compressed air and thermal insulation

As a result, you will receive a report including all measured values and device logs (bath measurements, cycle times, oven curves, etc.) along with recommendations for improvement.

We use our own measuring instruments for diagnostics.

We know the process and control software in detail – we identify issues and immediately advise you on how to proceed.
You can make online adjustments to the HiVision control system yourself.*

* For security reasons, this function is only available when operating personnel are present on site.

The service line is for reporting malfunctions.
Online support is charged according to the current ITS price list (by phone or email – fault identification, cooperation with the customer on fault removal or technology adjustment).
