It can handle “deep bends,” painting at low positions near the ground, and painting products from above, where a human cannot reach. The robot’s movement range covers a trajectory of 3000 mm, including the spray gun, enabling it to manage most drive-through profiles of paint booths.
Quick and Easy Integration
ArtiCoating can be easily integrated into existing painting systems without requiring interventions in their control system, fully maintaining the warranty. This allows for installation within just one week, including operator training.
Intuitive Operation
The system is designed to be user-friendly, even for operators with no previous experience in robotics. Programming the robot and adjusting its trajectory are intuitive. Programs are stored in a database, with no practical limit on their number, and can be full-text searched when many programs are present.

The robot’s body is all-metal, including the covers, and adapted for permanent industrial use.
