Ingersoll Rand launched its first oil-free centrifugal compressor in 1911 and has held the world market leadership in turbocompressors ever since.
Ingersoll Rand turbocompressors, as we know them today, left the production line in 1968 and have been continually innovating, improving and optimizing to meet the demanding requirements of our customers and the trend towards CO2 reduction ever since.
A few years ago, another global turbocharger manufacturer, Cameron, was acquired. With this merger, the original CENTAC range was expanded to include the TURBO-AIR and MSG product lines.
